Documents

Rules and policies

These guidelines promote a respectful, inclusive and safe environment for every participant. Please read them: they're essential to how our training and competition run.

Competitive teams: a written request received at least 7 business days before the activity starts gets a full refund, minus a 10% administration fee. Once the activity has started, no refunds except for major reasons (illness or injury with a medical certificate, moving out of the region with proof of address change, or another exceptional situation accepted by the management committee): a partial refund pro rata for unused services, minus a 15% administration fee.

Mini-Griffons, House League and camps: 15% of the registration fee is withheld; the balance is refunded pro rata for the sessions remaining.

Competitive team athletes and parents commit to the Commitment Contract and the Code of Ethics and Conduct, which support the athlete's personal growth and the team's collective success. Accepting a spot or registering for a Club program confirms they have read them. Penalties or fees may apply if they are not respected.
